Chief Complaint: Amenorrhea

a. History: Lack of menses by Age 13 and no breast development, 

Next Pivotal Assessment Finding
History or Physical Exam Absence of menses by age 16

 

Short stature and a wide, webbed neck; broad chest

 

Absence of menses for 3 months in a woman with previously normal menses Absence of menses for 9 months in a woman with oligomenorrhea (light or infrequent menses)
